Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsScheduled an appointment late the night before. I requested 12:30, he insisted on 11:30. Very aggressive about his percentage. I broke an earlier arranged appointment to allow him in at 11:30 and he nevere showed.

I apologize you and your family did not get the rental condo that I was listing. When receiving applications we work on first come first serve basis. The owner of the condo makes all decisions on applications. This process also saved you from paying the application fee. I hope you ended up finding a better rental property.
